Who we are
New Era Consulting Services is the IT Staff Augmentation arm of HCL Global Systems, a global IT services provider that is home to 1300+ IT professionals, and has been supporting Fortune 2000, mid market and emerging clients for over a decade. New Era was created as a spin off from HCL to ensure that the IT recruitment and talent acquisition activity both at HCL and its customers alike, receives the due focus and attention it demands.

Where we come from

We have evolved from being an ad-hoc IT consulting company to a full-grown and process oriented IT staff augmentation enterprise.

We offer IT Staff Augmentation and talent management services that include managed services, contract consulting, contract - to – hire, direct placements and training services for IT resources. The growing demand for seasoned and mature IT resources combined with the lack of an adequate talent pool has made it extremely difficult to identify, attract and retain good IT talent. This is what we do. We identify, profile, select, train, motivate and retain IT professionals.
